• All communication regarding commissions must be conducted via Discord or Vgen, or Facebook (only if you found my commission post from Facebook). Feel free to send me a direct message first on Instagram to check slot availability before proceeding with the commission.

• After confirming slot availability, I will give you my Discord ID for further discussion about the commission (if you choose to commission me outside of Vgen).

• Afterward, please send me a clear brief that includes the desired subject, theme, and any specific requirements. Once the details are agreed upon, I will provide a price estimate and timeline.

• The delivery timeframe for commissioned artwork is typically 2-7 days, depending on the waitlist. Clients will receive regular updates throughout the process to keep them informed of their commission's status.

• The commission work queue priority is not based on who contacts me the fastest, but on who makes the payment first.

• I may use the commissioned work for portfolio purposes and self-promotion, the work will be watermarked. But, if you wish for the commission to remain private and not be displayed publicly, this must be communicated before the work begins.

• Please credit me when you share the final work online.

• I have the rights to know who I'm working with and for what the art will be used.

Pricing & Revision

• For international client, the price listed does not include taxes, every purchase is subject to a 12% Indonesian tax.

• An additional fee of 25% will apply for highly detailed characters. *Example: $55 for a full body drawing plus details, that will be 55x25%= 13.75 (which means $13.75 is the extra fee for details).

• Minor revisions are included in the price with maximum 3x revisions. However, additional charges may apply for major changes after the initial concept has been approved such as redoing the artwork or changing the pose/composition etc. There will be a 15% charge based on the initially agreed price for an additional 3x major revisions or 8% charge for 3x minor revisions.

• Commercial use will double the price. For example, a headshot drawing priced at $15 plus armor detail at $5, totaling $20, will be multiplied by two. *Example 15+5=20x2=40 (which means you had to pay $40 for commercial use).

• Adding extra character will cost 35% fee from the actual price, and for 2 extra character would be 55% of charge.

• Priority order will cost 35% of the base price.

Payment

• I accept payment through Bank Central Asia/BCA for local clients (Indonesian), and Paypal for International clients. Please keep in mind that I don’t accept any Crypto payment.

• Payment for the commission will be required once the sketch is approved. Clients can choose to pay a 50% down payment upfront or opt for full payment.

• For international clients who commission me outside of Vgen, I will use PayPal invoicing for better payment security and easier tracking, which means the client needs to provide their PayPal email for the transaction.

• All personal information shared by the Client (such as contact details) will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.

Usage & Rights

 For Personal Use:

• The Client is granted the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as displaying it on social media.

Commercial Use:

• Commercial usage (e.g., using the artwork in merchandise, advertisements, etc.) must be explicitly agreed upon before the commission starts.

• Please note that the price terms for commercial use are for indie creators and studios only. If you are a startup or a registered company with an average annual revenue of $25,000 (or approximately IDR 375 million), further discussion regarding the pricing will be necessary.

 

Refund Policy

• In the event of a project cancellation, the client will receive a refund of approximately 15-50% or more, depending on the current status of the work which means clients cannot get a 100% refund if the work has already progressed. So for example: if the current work progress is at 35% then you will get a 65% refund.

• The client cannot get a refund once the work is 100% done.

 

Delivery & File Format

• The final work will be delivered through a Google Drive folder link, which will include a 300 DPI PNG with a simple solid-colored background, a transparent PNG version (no background), and a lower quality version in JPG for online posting.

• Clients who pay for commercial use will receive an additional file: the original PSD file along with the PNG sketch from the work.
